Return Window You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Eligibility Requirements To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it
- In the original packaging
- Not activated or registered to an account
Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned:
- Products that have been activated or registered
- Items damaged due to misuse or unauthorized modifications
- Products returned after 30 days of delivery
Return Shipping
- If the return is due to a product defect or our error: we will cover the return shipping cost
- If the return is due to personal preference or ordering error: the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs
Refund Process Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Damaged or Defective Items If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at zhibotech618@gmail.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
