Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Shipping Options & Delivery Times

US Warehouse (Domestic Shipping) Orders fulfilled from our US warehouse are delivered within 7 business days after shipment.

China Warehouse (International Shipping) Orders fulfilled from our China warehouse are delivered within 7–12 business days after shipment. Please note that delivery times may vary due to customs clearance.

Shipping Rates We offer free shipping on all orders.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Customs & Duties For orders shipped from our China warehouse, any applicable customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
